I am passionate about working with small to medium size businesses and I know the challenges of start-ups and running them having started and run a number of my own after a 15-year career working for national and international companies and discovering they weren’t a great fit for me. So now I am all about empowering small to medium businesses, I really believe that SME’s are the heart of business in Australia and I love our creative, innovate and entrepreneurial spirit.

We look for the areas that we care most about and make every interaction with our clients as that opportunity to partner in being that change.
We work with organisations that are experts in these areas and that have alignment to the achievement of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals or also know as Global Goals.

Kirrily’s background crosses a number of industries and professions, across 3 states and multinational, national, small business, Not-for-profit sector and government. She has been awarded both locally and internationally for her performance in her roles and has developed skills in leadership, management, fundraising, business development, key account management, event management, board management, team & volunteer recruitment management, training & development, coaching and networking.
Kirrily currently holds the following roles;

- Co-Chair of B Local Melbourne (Community of Melbourne based B Corps and Aspiring B Corps)
- BNI Australia Foundation Director and Ambassador
